We use only the finest and 100% pure natural fabrics — super fine imported silks, Indian mulberry silk, cottons such as heirloom, long staple, mulmul, kala and mul chnaderi, and handloom linen — sourced responsibly. Do you offer custom sizing or color options?
Absolutely. We offer customizations for length, width, sleeve, and color (as permitted by the cut and style). Since most pieces are made-to-order, simply reach out via WhatsApp, email, or call, and our team will guide your bespoke journey.
How inclusive is your sizing?
Our garments are designed to be comfortably loose and anti-fit, and we offer sizes up to 6XL. Our clean cuts flatter a wide range of body types while maintaining elegant silhouettes.
How do I choose my size?

Order and Shipping
How do I place an order?
• Browse our collections and select your item(s).
• Choose size, customization options (if needed), and add to cart.
• Proceed to checkout, enter shipping details, and pick a payment method (prepaid or COD).
• Confirm your order—once payment is processed or COD is confirmed, we'll begin production or dispatch.
• You'll receive order and dispatch confirmation emails with tracking information.

Do you accept COD?
Yes, but we confirm COD orders, and may request a token amount for high‑RTO-risk addresses and Phone numbers (The courier companies flag the high-RTO-risk clients basis historical behavior)
How many days it takes to process the order?
In-stock items are typically dispatched within 2 working days of confirmation; estimated delivery generally takes 3–5 business days after we ship the product.
Made-to-order, customized, or out-of-stock items take 2–3 weeks to produce and dispatch. For fitted bedsheets or custom pieces, allow an extra 3–5 days.
What shipping methods are available?
Domestic (India): Free standard shipping via Blue Dart or Delhivery.
International: Shipped via DHL Express; recipient pays shipping charges and import duties. Shipping charges calculated at checkout.
Express Delivery: Same-day delivery in Delhi/NCR and next-day delivery in major cities for in-stock prepaid orders placed before 11 AM (extra charges apply).
What are the charges for express shipping?
Delhi / NCR: Express delivery is free for orders above ₹10,000. For orders below ₹10,000, a nominal fee of ₹500 or actual Porter charges (whichever is lower) will apply.

How much are the international shipping charges?
Delivery charges vary based on destination and weight, and are displayed at the time of checkout. Import duties are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.
My item arrived damaged—what do I do?
While we carefully pack each order, if a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will promptly review and arrange a replacement or exchange.
If I order multiple products, how do shipments work?
Items with different availability timelines ship together when all pieces are ready. If you need fast-tracked delivery for ready items, contact us with your order number.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive an email confirmation after ordering and a tracking number once dispatched. Orders can also be tracked via the My Account section on our website.
What if delivery is delayed?
Standard domestic delivery takes 3–5 business days after we ship the order, but delays may occur due to courier issues, holidays, or strikes.
International timelines vary by region and customs clearance. We’re not liable for these delays but will support tracking your shipment.
What should I do if I entered wrong shipping details?
Please ensure your address, PIN code, and mobile number are correct at checkout. Errors may lead to delays, for which we cannot be held responsible, while our team will help you best way possible to track the shipment and redeliver if it is returned to origin.
Payments, Returns and cancellations
Is buying online safe?
Absolutely. Our transactions are encrypted and secure—we never store your payment details. We prioritize data privacy and security, reflecting our commitment to silent luxury and trust.
What payment methods are accepted?
Prepaid: All national and international Cards and wallets, net banking, UPI, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways. Reach out to us at +91 70420 99110 (call or WhatsApp for Western Union Transfers or any other preferred method).
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available after confirmation; token payment may be requested for high‑RTO-risk or customized orders.
How secure is the payment process and my data?
Security and privacy are paramount. We use industry-leading payment gateways with encryption and never store personal financial data—perfect for our C-suite and Ultra-HNI clientele.
What about returns or exchanges?
We are made-to-order and don’t accept general returns. However, exchanges are considered in genuine situations, such as fit issues. Our team will review each request with care. Please refer to our cancelations and Refund policy for more details (Please build a hyperlink to the page).
How do I return an item?
If your item is damaged/defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery (email or WhatsApp) with photos and an unedited unboxing video.
Keep original tags intact and do not wash the item and send it back via registered courier.
Once validated, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund (only for genuine cases) within 7–10 business days of receiving the item.
Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
Normally, returns aren’t accepted as most of our products are made-to-order.
If an item is damaged or defective, upon validation you may return it via registered courier. For all other exchange scenarios, the customer is responsible for both forward and return shipping charges.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Since most pieces are custom-made, cancellations aren’t accepted. If urgently needed before production, contact us ASAP — partial solutions may be possible depending on progress.
