At Muddnme, every creation is a labor of love—thoughtfully designed and meticulously handcrafted by our master artisans. As a slow, sustainable luxury brand, we take pride in making garments that are not just beautiful, but meaningful.
Here’s what you can expect:
- In-stock items: If your selected style and size are available, your order will be dispatched within two working days of confirmation.
- Made-to-order, customized, or out-of-stock items: These are specially crafted for you and require two to three weeks for production and dispatch, depending on the complexity and detailing.
- Popular Styles in Stock: Certain styles, like our one-size cotton kurtas, are generally available off-the-shelf. Feel free to contact us to confirm availability.
- Sizes 3XL and Above: Kurtas in sizes 3XL and above are usually made to order to ensure the perfect fit.
- Accelerated Delivery: Need your order faster? We offer same-day delivery in Delhi/NCR and next-day delivery in major metro cities and serviceable pin codes* for in-stock styles and sizes upon request.

Domestic Shipping (India)
- We offer free shipping across India.
- Once processed and ready for dispatch, your order is typically delivered within 3–5 working days via our trusted courier partners.
Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen factors such as courier delays, festive periods, or public holidays. Muddnme is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners.
International Shipping
- We ship worldwide from our Gurgaon studio.
- All international orders are shipped via DHL Express.
- International shipping is chargeable, and charges vary depending on the destination and weight.
- Shipping charges will be visible at checkout once you add items to your cart.

Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees in the destination country will be borne by the customer.
Ordering Multiple Products
- If your order includes multiple items with different dispatch timelines, we will ship them together once all pieces are ready.
- If you’d like to receive ready items earlier, please get in touch at support@muddnme.com or or +91 70420 99110 (WhatsApp/call) with your order number—we’d be happy to assist.
Customized Orders
- We offer size and color customizations on request.
- Please note: Customized pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipment Tracking
- After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Once dispatched, a tracking number and delivery updates will be shared.
- You can also track your order from the My Account section on our website.
Payment Policies
- Domestic Orders (India):
Payments accepted via Debit/Credit Cards, UPI (PayTM, Google Pay), and Cash on Delivery.
- International Orders:
Payments accepted via Debit/Credit Cards. You may also email support@muddnme.com in case you need assistance to pay via PayPal or Western Union.
Note: For international orders, any customs charges are separate and must be paid by the customer at delivery. Refusal to pay these charges will not be eligible for a refund.
