Shipping and delivery

Shipping Policies:

1. We offer free shipping for all orders delivered in India.
2. For International orders - Shipping charges can be seen at the time of checkout after you provide your shipping address.
3. Most orders are delivered minimum 3-5 and maximum 8-10 business days (Exceptions include customizations, bulk orders per agreed timelines and natural calamities). Monday to Friday are considered as business days except for public holidays.
4. International Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Kindly make sure that you provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help in delivering your order faster.

Payment Policies:
1. For orders getting shipped to India, we accept online payment through Debit & Credit Cards, Cash on Delivery, PayTM & Google Pay Wallets
2. For all International Orders, we accept online payment through Credit & Debit cards. You can also write to us at muddnme@gmail.com in case you wish to pay through PayPal.
3. In case of International orders, customer/recipient of order may be charged custom taxes/duties or local charges on delivery. This may be over and above the  shipping charges calculated at checkout and has to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. No refunds would be entertained in case the customer/recipient refuses to pay these charges
