Imperfections are good: If you notice any imperfections in our products, that is indeed good news, as it authenticates that the product you are buying is hand-made. All our products are crafted by master artisans with traditional methods, hence there might be minor imperfections. So don’t worry, because imperfections are good!
Colors don’t lie but conditions do: The colors of the products might vary slightly due to different lighting conditions.
Care Instructions

Silks:
- Dry clean only is strongly recommended to preserve the texture and color.
- Do not expose to direct sunlight for extended periods, as this may cause fading.
- Use a steam iron to gently smooth wrinkles.
- For garments with embroidery, always iron inside out or place a thin cotton/muslin cloth over the embellishment before ironing.
- Some silks are intended to have a naturally crinkled texture—do not iron such fabrics, simply dry clean and let them air dry naturally.
Cottons & Linens
- Although our cottons and linens are pre-washed, we recommend washing them separately in cold water using a mild, chemical-free detergent.
- For best results and longer fabric life, dry cleaning is preferred for Linen.
- Always use a steam iron, and for embroidered pieces, iron on the reverse side or with a protective cloth

- Customized & Made-to-Order Garments: Each piece is lovingly handcrafted by our skilled artisans. For customized, made-to-order, or out-of-stock items, please allow two to three weeks for processing.
- Ready-to-Ship Items: If your preferred size is already available in stock, we strive to ship your order within one to two working days.
- Popular Styles in Stock: Certain styles, like our one-size cotton kurtas, are generally available off-the-shelf. Feel free to contact us to confirm availability.
- Sizes 3XL and Above: Kurtas in sizes 3XL and above are usually made to order to ensure the perfect fit.
- COD orders to be processed only after confirmation. We may ask for the token money for High RTO COD orders flagged by the system. A token money will also be required for customized pieces.
- Accelerated Delivery: Need your order faster? We offer same-day delivery in Delhi/NCR and next-day delivery in major metro cities and serviceable pin codes* for in-stock styles and sizes upon request.

- We also ship internationally from our studio in Gurgaon, India, and shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
