Silks:

Dry clean only is strongly recommended to preserve the texture and color.
Do not expose to direct sunlight for extended periods, as this may cause fading.
Use a steam iron to gently smooth wrinkles.
For garments with embroidery, always iron inside out or place a thin cotton/muslin cloth over the embellishment before ironing.
Some silks are intended to have a naturally crinkled texture—do not iron such fabrics, simply dry clean and let them air dry naturally.

Cottons & Linens

Although our cottons and linens are pre-washed, we recommend washing them separately in cold water using a mild, chemical-free detergent.
For best results and longer fabric life, dry cleaning is preferred for Linen.
Always use a steam iron, and for embroidered pieces, iron on the reverse side or with a protective cloth

Customized & Made-to-Order Garments: Each piece is lovingly handcrafted by our skilled artisans. For customized, made-to-order, or out-of-stock items, please allow two to three weeks for processing.
Ready-to-Ship Items: If your preferred size is already available in stock, we strive to ship your order within one to two working days.
Popular Styles in Stock: Certain styles, like our one-size cotton kurtas, are generally available off-the-shelf. Feel free to contact us to confirm availability.
Sizes 3XL and Above: Kurtas in sizes 3XL and above are usually made to order to ensure the perfect fit.
COD orders to be processed only after confirmation. We may ask for the token money for High RTO COD orders flagged by the system. A token money will also be required for customized pieces.
Accelerated Delivery: Need your order faster? We offer same-day delivery in Delhi/NCR and next-day delivery in major metro cities and serviceable pin codes* for in-stock styles and sizes upon request.

We also ship internationally from our studio in Gurgaon, India, and shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
