Shipping & Order Processing Information

• Customized & Made-to-Order Garments: Each piece is lovingly handcrafted by our skilled artisans. For customized, made-to-order, or out-of-stock items, please allow two to three weeks for processing.
• Ready-to-Ship Items: If your preferred size is already available in stock, we strive to ship your order within one to two working days.
• Popular Styles in Stock: Certain styles, like our one-size cotton kurtas, are generally available off-the-shelf. Feel free to contact us to confirm availability.
• Sizes 3XL and Above: Kurtas in sizes 3XL and above are usually made to order to ensure the perfect fit.
• COD orders to be processed only after confirmation. We may ask for the token money for High RTO COD orders flagged by the system. A token money will also be required for customized pieces.
• Accelerated Delivery: Need your order faster? We offer same-day delivery in Delhi/NCR and next-day delivery in major metro cities and serviceable pin codes* for in-stock styles and sizes upon request.

• We also ship internationally from our studio in Gurgaon, India, and shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
• After dispatch, domestic deliveries typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
